Privacy Policy

SyntobiMind is built so that your work stays yours. This policy explains, in plain words, the little we do collect to run your account and license, why, who else is involved and the choices you have.

Last updated:

At a glance

  • Your code stays local

Files, prompts and agent answers never reach our servers. Agents talk only to the AI provider you sign in to.

  • Account & device only

We keep your email, plan, devices and payments — what a license needs, nothing more.

  • No card numbers

Payments are card-to-card. We never ask for or store your card details.

  • No ads, no tracking

No advertising, no selling of data, no third-party analytics on this site.

Who we are and what this covers

“SyntobiMind”, “we” and “us” mean the team that makes the SyntobiMind desktop app for Windows, runs its license server and this website (syntobimind.ir). This policy covers the app, the license and update service it talks to, in-app support and payments, and this website.

It does not cover the AI providers you connect — Anthropic (Claude Code), OpenAI (Codex), Google (Antigravity), Cursor, or the API vendors you add keys for. What you send to them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

What we never collect

  • Your source code, files, folders or git history.
  • Your goals, prompts, agent transcripts or answers.
  • Your sign-ins to AI providers. Those stay inside each provider’s own command-line tool on your computer.
  • Your API keys. They are encrypted on your computer with Windows DPAPI and never leave it except to the vendor they belong to.
  • Your bank card number or banking credentials.
Agents run on your machine. When an agent works, your code goes from your computer directly to the AI provider you chose — SyntobiMind is not in the middle.

What we collect and why

DataWhy we need it
Account: email, optional name, password (stored only as an Argon2 hash), plan and its end dateTo sign you in and know what your plan includes
Devices: a device fingerprint (a one-way hash derived from the computer’s ID), device name, Windows version, app version, a hash of the app fileTo enforce your plan’s device limit and detect modified copies of the app
Sessions & activity: sign-ins, sign-outs, license renewals and the IP address they came from, with timesSecurity, abuse prevention and helping you when something goes wrong
Payments: plan, amount, order code (SM-…), status and timeTo activate what you paid for and keep accounting records
Crash reports: app version and the error text of a crash (up to 4 KB)To find and fix bugs. Error text can include file paths on your computer
Support conversations: your messages and, if you include them, app and system detailsTo answer you
Announcements: which in-app announcements you have readSo the same message doesn’t keep popping up

Your computer also keeps your workspaces, transcripts, settings and an encrypted sign-in token in %APPDATA%\SyntobiMind. That data never leaves your computer through us.

Payments and Tallet

Plans are paid by card-to-card transfer to our bank account. To confirm transfers automatically we use Tallet, a payment-confirmation service: when you place an order we send Tallet the order number and the amount; Tallet watches the deposit notices of our own bank account and tells us when a matching deposit arrives.

Tallet therefore sees the order number, the amount and the time of the deposit. It does not receive your account email or anything about your use of the app from us. If a payment can’t be matched automatically, our team checks it by hand using the order code you give support.

How we use data

  • Provide the service: sign-in, licenses, devices, in-app updates and announcements.
  • Keep it secure: rate limits, detecting tampered copies, locking a computer that runs a modified app, stopping fraud.
  • Process payments and keep the records the law requires.
  • Support you and improve SyntobiMind using crash reports and your feedback.

We don’t sell personal data, we don’t use it for advertising and we don’t build profiles about you.

Who else is involved

  • Hosting: our license server runs on a server we control. Its provider stores data on our behalf.
  • Tallet: confirms card-to-card payments as described above.
  • Authorities: only when the law requires it, and no more than it requires.

If SyntobiMind is ever sold or merged, this policy would continue to protect your data and we would tell you first.

How long we keep it

Account, device and payment data are kept while your account exists. Payment records may be kept longer where accounting or tax rules require. Activity logs and crash reports are kept only as long as they are useful for security and support. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise its data, except what we must keep by law.

Security

  • All traffic between the app, this site and our server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
  • Passwords are stored only as Argon2 hashes; licenses are signed with Ed25519 so they can’t be forged.
  • Updates are signed, and the app checks every installer’s SHA-256 before running it.
  • Sign-in tokens and API keys on your computer are encrypted with Windows DPAPI.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you promptly.

Your choices and rights

  • See your plan and devices in Settings › Account, and remove devices there.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account.
  • Stop using SyntobiMind at any time. Uninstalling removes the app; delete %APPDATA%\SyntobiMind to remove local data too.

Write to sbhan.slimi@gmail.com or use Settings › Support. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

This website

syntobimind.ir uses no cookies, no advertising and no third-party analytics. It remembers your language choice in your browser’s local storage. Like any web server, ours records standard request logs (IP address, browser, page, time) to keep the site secure and working; downloads are rate-limited by IP address.

Children

SyntobiMind is a professional tool and isn’t intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from them; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For meaningful changes we will also tell you in the app before they take effect.
