Terms of Use

Agreement#

These terms are an agreement between you and SyntobiMind (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing or using SyntobiMind, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you use SyntobiMind for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

The service#

SyntobiMind is desktop software for Windows that runs and coordinates AI coding agents on your computer, together with an online service for accounts, licenses, payments, announcements, updates and support. The features available to you depend on your plan.

Your account#

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An account is for one person. Each plan allows a set number of devices; signing in on more may sign out another device.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

Plans, prices and payment#

• Prices are shown in the app, in Toman unless stated otherwise, before you order. The price you see when you place an order is the price you pay.
• Plans are prepaid for a fixed term (a month or a year). They do not renew automatically and we never charge you by ourselves.
• You pay by card-to-card transfer of the exact amount the app shows. Payments are confirmed automatically by our payment-confirmation provider; if a payment can’t be matched, we confirm it by hand once you contact support with your order code.
• Upgrading during a term costs the daily difference between the plans for the days left; the end date stays the same.
• Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Payments are final#

A plan starts the moment its payment is confirmed, and payments are not refundable. Before you buy, check that SyntobiMind runs on your computer — free trials, when offered, are not charged. If something doesn’t work, Settings › Support is the fastest way to get help.

Your license#

While your plan is active we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SyntobiMind on the number of devices your plan allows. The software is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights in it, including its name, logo and design.

What you agree not to do#

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, crack or redistribute the app, or bypass its license checks.
• Share, sell or rent your account or plan, or let others use it.
• Interfere with or overload our servers, or probe them for weaknesses without our written permission.
• Use SyntobiMind to break the law or anyone’s rights, or to create malware.

The app checks that it hasn’t been modified. A modified copy, or a computer used to break these rules, can be locked out of SyntobiMind.

AI providers and other services#

SyntobiMind works with tools and models from other companies — such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Cursor — through your own accounts with them. We are not affiliated with them. Your use of their services is under their terms; you are responsible for your subscriptions, their limits and any costs, and for following their usage policies.

Your code and AI output#

• Your code, files and everything your agents create for you belong to you. We claim no rights in them and don’t receive them.
• AI output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure. Review changes before you merge, deploy or rely on them. The review desk, approval cards, checkpoints and Undo help — they don’t replace your judgement.
• Agents act on your computer with the permissions you choose. Modes such as Bypass let agents run commands without asking; use them only where that is safe.
• Keep your own backups of anything important.

Updates and availability#

We improve SyntobiMind over time and may add, change or remove features. Some updates are required — for security or compatibility — and the app may not work until they’re installed. The app needs to reach our license server from time to time; without a connection it keeps working for a limited grace period. We aim for high availability but can’t promise the service will never be interrupted.

Suspension and ending#

You can stop using SyntobiMind and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse payments or put others at risk; where reasonable we will tell you first and explain why. If we stop offering SyntobiMind altogether, we will give notice in advance.

Disclaimer#

SyntobiMind is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t warrant that AI output will be correct.

Limitation of liability#

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or the actions of AI agents you run, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for SyntobiMind in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We’ll always try to solve a problem with you directly first — please contact support before anything else.

Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you in the app about meaningful changes before they apply. Questions: sbhan.slimi@gmail.com.
